Depth is earned.
Vision is built.
My career began where most strategies end: in the field. As one of the first Emirati women to serve as a Drilling Operations Supervisor, I led a 66-person crew in the Al Dhafra desert — 21-day rotations, 12-hour shifts, and full accountability for safety, cost and delivery.
The results set records: the best rate of penetration across ADNOC Onshore in every well section, the longest well ever drilled in ADNOC Onshore — DY-342 — delivered safely, and pioneering batch-drilling PAD designs for unconventional reservoirs.
Then I made a deliberate move most technical leaders never make: into the CEO office. Today, as a Corporate Excellence Specialist, I translate field truth into enterprise strategy — excellence frameworks, KPI architecture, 100-day transformation plans and executive narratives that hold up because I have lived the operations behind them.
The rare dual capability — hands-on field leadership and corporate strategy execution — is my entire value proposition.

Strategy that ignores operational reality is theatre. Every framework I build is stress-tested against how work actually happens.
Not compliance checklists — living systems of performance, governance and continuous improvement that leadership actually uses.
Pioneering means leaving the door open: mentoring the next generation of female engineers and leaders across the energy sector.
